Remkes

Remkes.ca was originally created in 2003 to host information, photos and sometimes opinions from me, Remkes Kooistra. It was quite an actively updated site from 2003-2005, when I lived in Taiwan and the Netherlands. It was relaunched in November of 2010

I am a 30-year old Canadian mathematician. I lived in Edmonton, Alberta. I am fortunate enough to be married to an amazing woman named Stephanie.

My Favourite Things

I've added a sidebar with some information about those things which I particularly enjoy. Favourite books and muisc are there, with occasional reviews of something new. I'm also particularly fond of bicycles, so I've created a photographic record of all the bicycles I've owned since 1998.
